The regional human resources manager as part of the midle management team, will be directly responible for overseeing and implementing HR development and management strategies and programs to support greenpeace southeast asia’s goal and operations, taking into account the organizations’s long-term needs for expansion and growth.

Lowongan of regional human resources manager shall be responsible for the following :

      Strategy and human resources development

      Human resource management and operations

Basic skills and qualifications of lowongan :

      Bachelor degree with at least 5 years hands-on expreience in human resources development

      Strong management and organizational skills with demonstrated experience working with staff coming from different countres and cultures

      Excellent spoken and writen english

      Able to work effectively as part of a team

      Computer literate, familiar with relevant computer programs and database system

      Commitment to non violant direct action as means of effecting change
